APPLICATION COMPLETION
The Department of Social Services application for residential care facilities requires 2-parts. Part A has 20 forms requiring completion about you and your facility. Part B is a report highlighting your qualifications, operation, emergency preparedness, and business entity.
Citrus Care can take care of the DDS Application for you. We start by conducting an interview and by having you complete basic information about your care home. We will then complete parts A and B of the application process including your operational procedure.

PROGRAM DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
If you're a Licensee or Administrator working towards opening a residential care home, you may be struggling to create a thorough and precise Program Design requested by your Regional Center. We can put together your Program Design for you based on your Regional Center requirements. Depending on your level of care, our services start at $2,500 and we can complete your Program Design within 10 business days.
1:1 CARE HOME CONSULTATION

Consultation is priced at $150 per hour via Zoom.
For in-person 1:1 Consultation, there is a 4-hour minimum requirement outside of the SF, Bay Area.
