FACILITY LICENSE
APPLICATION
We will handle the detailed work of completing your application for an Adult Residential Facility (ARF), a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE), or a Small Family Home, as Community Care Licensing requires. Following our initial Zoom meeting, preparing the necessary documents typically takes around 10 business days.
The Basic Application Package Includes:​​

An initial meeting for a meet and greet, answer initial questions, and gather information about you and your facility (optional).

Gather the necessary information to complete Part A of your application.

Email correspondence to go over items that will be needed to complete the application.

Completed Part A & Part B documents.

PROGRAM DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
If you are a Licensee or Administrator looking to establish a residential care home, creating a comprehensive and accurate Program Design as required by your Regional Center requires can be challenging. Our team is here to assist you in developing your Program Design to meet your Regional Center's specifications.
Our services start at $4000 (lower levels 2-3) and $5,000 (levels 4-6) and are tailored to your specific care needs, with a guaranteed completion of your Program Design within 10 business days. We also offer unlimited revisions until your Program Design is approved.​
Program Design Package includes:

Gathering necessary information and specific Regional Center requirements to complete components of your Program Design (Secured Google Doc link emailed).

Generate a Letter of Intent for the Regional Center.

Develop an accurate sample Staff Schedule for your level.

For in-person 1:1 Consultation, there is a 4-hour minimum requirement outside of the SF, Bay Area.

For programs requiring growth or improvement strategies, Citrus Care offers consultation ranging from developing strategy plans, training, quality assurance plans, and program enhancement plans.
