Service Description

We will do the tedious work of completing your Adult Residential Facility (ARF) or Residential Care for the Elderly (RCFE) Facility License Application requirement by Community Care Licensing. After the initial Zoom meeting, it takes about 5 business days to complete the documents on our end. There will be items that will be required from you in order to submit the application (rough sketch of your floor plan, surety bond, and confirmation of funds from your bank). Package Include: - Copy of the Citrus Care Residential Care Guidebook - Initial 1-hour Zoom meeting for meet and greet and to gather information about you and your facility. - Email correspondence to go over items that will be needed to complete the application. - All the completed forms and documents in printed format (2 copies). One for your record and the other one to mail to the Department of Social Services - Centralize Application Bureau.
